I own this shake and twist combo for about two months, I bought with the main purpose of grind sea salt not pepper, worked great, the top portion holds salt, and bottom can hold salt or pepper. adjustment to 3 settings!!!!also this is a real stainless steel material, not like some other that look or advertise as stainless steel and are just paint and inside are cheap plastic. I'm satisfied with my purchase
